In order to preserve the shine of your pieces, it is important to clean them regularly. We advise you to use a soft and dry cloth.
To clean your diamond-set creations only, you can use a very soft brush and soapy water, then rinse your piece with fresh water and let it dry naturally.
The cleaning of your creations in black gold or with coloured gems cannot be done by yourself, it must be done by a professional.
How should I store my jewelry?
It is recommended that you store your jewelry individually in its original case to avoid damaging it; contact with other objects can scratch it.
Diamonds have very specific characteristics, being the hardest of all minerals, and can scratch other materials.
Are there any special return conditions for certain products?
Personalised products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Can I return my order?
For any exchange or refund, the jewel must not have been worn and must be returned in its case with the invoice.
